01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing NEXVITY or utilizing our engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these protocols, you must terminate access immediately.
02. Service Execution
We deliver high-fidelity software engineering and architectural consulting. Services are provided based on explicitly defined payloads and project requirements.
- System uptime is guaranteed via SLA (Project-specific)
- API delivery follows REST/GraphQL specifications
- Frontend components are built to modern performance standards
03. Intellectual Property
The digital infrastructure, core engine code, and proprietary algorithms of NEXVITY are protected by international intellectual property laws. Client project ownership is governed by independent Master Service Agreements (MSA).
04. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NEXVITY or its lead architects be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use our systems or deployed software.
05. Governing Protocol
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NEXVITY operates. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with local legal frameworks.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be logged in the system revision history.
